We aim to provide a clear, secure, and straightforward checkout experience for our customers.

At eWatcheshouse, we currently offer payment through Stripe and, where available, Cash on Delivery (CoD).

The payment options shown during checkout are the ones available for your order based on destination, order details, and current operational availability.

Our website uses encrypted connections to help protect data transmitted during the checkout process.

Online payments are processed by Stripe as an external payment service provider. When you choose Stripe, your payment information is handled according to Stripe’s own security procedures and privacy standards.

We take reasonable steps to provide a secure checkout environment, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

For security reasons, some orders may be subject to additional verification by Stripe, the card issuer, or our internal order review process.

If a payment is declined, interrupted, flagged for review, or requires confirmation, dispatch may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

In some cases, we may contact the customer to confirm delivery details or clarify order information before shipment.

Cash on Delivery is offered only where operationally available and may not be offered for all countries, products, or order values.

If CoD is selected, payment is made upon delivery according to the courier’s or delivery partner’s applicable procedure.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse Cash on Delivery for certain orders, including orders with delivery limitations, high fraud risk, repeated failed deliveries, or destination-specific restrictions.

If a CoD parcel is refused without valid cause or delivery repeatedly fails due to customer-related reasons, future CoD availability may be restricted.

Product prices on the website are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.

If you pay from outside the euro area, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, foreign transaction fee, or other charges. These charges are outside our control.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs fees, and similar charges may also apply depending on the destination country.

Orders are normally processed after successful payment confirmation through Stripe or after acceptance of the order under the applicable Cash on Delivery conditions.

If payment cannot be completed, if a transaction is reversed, or if an order fails security or delivery checks, we may suspend, cancel, or refuse the order.

If there is an issue with your payment or order status, please contact us and we will do our best to clarify the next steps.
