Where we ship
We ship to many countries worldwide. However, delivery to some destinations may be unavailable or limited due to local regulations, sanctions, customs restrictions, courier limitations, or other practical shipping constraints.

Courier and tracking
Orders are shipped with UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information is normally provided so you can follow the shipment in transit.
Delivery updates after dispatch are handled through the courier network and may depend on local scanning, customs processing, and destination-country delivery procedures.
Order processing time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or agreed separately.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

Delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures. Typical transit estimates after dispatch are:
• Latvia: 1 to 3 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• United Kingdom and other nearby European destinations: 4 to 8 business days
• United States, Canada, and most international destinations: 5 to 12 business days
• Remote locations or customs-delayed shipments: longer delivery times may apply

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, parcel size, order value, and delivery requirements. The applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout before the order is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery for selected products, order values, or destinations where clearly stated.
Customs, import duties, and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, local taxes, and clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Delivery address and failed delivery

Damaged parcels and delivery issues

We recommend inspecting the package promptly after receipt.
